Ana M. Cavaco is a Portuguese Biologist, with a PhD in Plant Physiology and Biochemistry, who, since 2007, has been working on the nondestructive assessment of fruit quality and ripening in CEOT, Universidade do Algarve. Her goal is to contribute to the implementation of the precision agriculture concept in Portugal, particularly in Algarve.
